Girls Rock the Rink - August 1-29, 2024
Join us for an exhilarating evening at the Janesville Ice Arena dedicated to girls hockey! Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned high school player, there's something for everyone:
- 5 PM, Fury Practice: Calling all female high school players eligible to play for Rock County Fury (Beloit, Janesville, Milton, etc.)! Enhance your skills with drills designed to elevate your game, led by experienced coaches. This is for current and future Fury players entering 8th grade and up. The cost is $10 per on ice session. - 6:15 PM, Intro to Hockey Session: Perfect for those who are new to the sport and open to non-JYH members! Learn the basics of skating, stick handling, and shooting in a fun and supportive environment. This is a FREE event for all participants! - 7:30 PM, Intermediate Skills Session: For those looking to sharpen their existing skills, this session focuses on refining techniques such as passing, puck control, and game strategy. This session is geared toward players 8U and up with at least a year of experience and is open to non-JYH members. The Intermediate Skills Session will be another FREE opportunity.
